Abstract

Emerging Diseases and Reemerging as a serious risk and requires a global focus, regional and local basis for monitoring and dynamic control. Because they are influenced by technological, social, economic, environmental, demographic, and biological warfare, it is essential to structure integrated, interdisciplinary, international infrastructure with a high scientific level in epidemiological surveillance, diagnostics and treatments, with appropriate solutions, timely, effective, practical and realistic.
